Timothy J. Lowery is an exceedingly knowledgeable litigation attorney with extensive experience in all phases of litigation including trials and appellate practice. Timothy is a partner in the firm of Lowery & Associates and is of counsel at the Hanson Law Group.
Timothy provides high quality representation to clients by prosecuting and defending civil claims seeking damages in state and federal civil litigation. He practices in the areas relating to personal injury, wrongful death, and property damage, as well as subrogation, insurance coverage, constructive trusts, business and contract disputes, foreclosure, cargo losses, and collection.
His responsibilities include all phases of litigation management: discovery, motions, trials, appellate practice, defending, and/or persecuting cases involving motor vehicle/personal injury, wrongful death, property damage, etc.
