Kyle represents and counsels businesses and individuals in a wide range of business and intellectual-property litigation and transactions, including IP protection and entity creation.
Kyle is a patent attorney with experience in software development and a background in engineering, mathematics, and physics. He moderated an education course for lawyers on Protecting IP in an Agile Software Development Environment, hosted by the American Bar Association. He writes and advises on operating and employment agreements, restrictive covenants, vender and customer contracts, merger and acquisition contracts, and securities private placements. Kyle also conducts patentability reviews and searches, liability audits, and due diligence reviews.
Kyle enjoys teaching and tutoring peers and youth in topics ranging from calculus, statistics, and physics, to reading and scripture. When not at work, Kyle can usually be found playing ultimate frisbee.
