Thomas A. Reed

Attorney Emeritus

Thomas A. Reed serves as Of Counsel to the Hanson Law Group.  He has been licensed in Illinois for over 40 years, with his practice devoted primarily to business litigation, insurance law and insurance coverage litigation and the defense of product liability cases on behalf of several Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Reed also is admitted to practice before the United State District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, where he is a member of the Trial Bar, the Central District of Illinois, and the Northern District of California.  He is a member of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the Seventh Circuit and the Tenth Circuit. In addition, he has represented clients on a pro hac vice admission basis before the trial and appellate courts of other states.

Mr. Reed serves as a volunteer attorney with the Center for Disability and Elder Law, and he is a member of the Board of Directors for CUSA, an Apostolate of Persons with Chronic Illness or Disability.
